Barolo DOCG Vigna Cucco Riserva
Tenimenti Rossi Cairo
100% Barolo "Vigna Cucco" refers to the best single vineyard of the Tenuta Cucco estate, at an altitude of 380-420 meters, covering 1.5 hectares. The grapes are handpicked and immediately brought to the winery for destemming, crushing, and slight pressing. They ferment in stainless steel at 26°C for 10 days, followed by a 30-day maceration at 22°C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in new French oak barrels for 36 months, with at least 24 months in bottle before release. Alcohol content is 16% vol.
