1. General Provisions

Welcome to Incanto di Vino. This website is operated by Mon Mon 34 LTD. (Macau) and Yijiu Zhimei Trading (Guangdong Hengqin) Co., Ltd. (China). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Age Restriction

Strictly 18+ Only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age upon delivery or collection.

3. Products & Pricing

Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute out-of-stock vintages with subsequent vintages of equal quality.
Descriptions: We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but actual packaging may vary.
Pricing: Prices are quoted in MOP (Macau Pataca) and are subject to change without notice.

4. Quality Assurance

We take pride in the condition of our wines. All products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure proper storage, bottle integrity, and authenticity.

Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the goods immediately for any breakage or errors.

5. Ordering, Payment & Delivery

Orders can be placed via our website or Wechat. We accept Bank Transfer (BOC) and MPay.

Macau SAR: We offer delivery throughout Macau.

International: For orders outside Macau, additional surcharges and customs regulations may apply.

6. Returns, Refunds & Breakage

If any bottles are broken upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours with photographic evidence for a replacement or refund.

If a wine is "corked" or faulty, please reseal the bottle and contact us within 3 days of opening (and within 30 days of purchase) for analysis and potential replacement.

7. Privacy Policy & GDPR (EU Compliance)

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Law 8/2005) of Macau, the laws of the PRC, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union where applicable.

Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to process your orders (e.g., name, contact details, delivery address).
EU Data Rights: If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data. Please contact us to exercise these rights.
