Gavi DOCG Pisé
Tenimenti Rossi Cairo
Alcohol fermentation takes place in large 25HL oak barrels, where the wine ferments and ages for 12 months. It is then transferred to stainless steel tanks for a further 12 months of refinement at controlled temperatures. Gavi Pisé is ultimately bottled and released to the market at least 6 months later. It is known for its lasting aroma and olfactory evolution both within days of being opened and over the years. The oak heritage of the 2018 vintage confirms the varietal characteristics of the Cortese vineyard. Alcohol content is 12% vol
