PECORINO DOCG TULLUM FEUDO ANTICO
Feudo Antico
A high-quality white wine from the Abruzzo region of Italy, made from 100% Pecorino grapes. This wine showcases all its quality and potential: with fruity and floral aromas, it meets the standards of DOCG (Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin). In the Tollo DOCG region, Pecorino grapes grow in former Roman villa vineyards at an altitude of 200-250 meters, at the intersection of two different winds (the Mediterranean Ionian wind from the east and the refreshing wind from the Apennine Mountains to the west), rich in minerals, with aromas from flint terroir handpicked with care. The vinification process involves low-temperature cold maceration, and then naturally ferments for 6 months in cement without filtration. The aging process undergoes batonnage fermentation in cement tanks with lees for 6 months, then bottled without clarification or filtration. Alcohol content is 13.5% vol
