Modì Brut DOC
Sorelle Bronca
This wine is made from 100% Glera grapes and represents a modern-style sparkling wine from Sorelle Bronca winery in the Prosecco Superiore area of Veneto, Italy. Unlike the common Proseccos on the market, Modì Brut emphasizes the natural purity of the grapes and the retention of aroma during production, creating a drier, more refined, and distinctive style with extremely low residual sugar. The vineyards are located on the slopes of Valdobbiadene, at an average altitude of 250-300 meters, with soil composed of limestone and clay, providing good drainage. The microclimate here is influenced by both the mountains and maritime breezes, with significant day-night temperature variations that help enhance the grapes' fragrance and acidity. All grapes are handpicked and processed at low temperatures in the early morning to ensure the complete preservation of flavor. The fermentation process uses the Metodo Martinotti, with secondary fermentation occurring in stainless steel pressure tanks, and aging on the lees for at least 4 months, allowing for more delicate and natural bubbles. This wine undergoes no excessive sweetening, preserving the truest varietal character and terroir of the region. Alcohol content is 11% vol
