Prosecco Rosè
Sorelle Bronca
This pink sparkling wine combines tradition and innovation, crafted from 85% Glera and 15% Pinot Noir. Sorelle Bronca winery, managed by sisters Ernesta and Antonella, is renowned for its natural farming and minimal intervention philosophy. The Prosecco Rosé series is one of the representatives of their modern style. The grapes come from hillside vineyards at an altitude of 200–300 meters, with well-drained, clay and gravel mixed soil that helps retain the freshness and acidity of the grapes. The Pinot Noir undergoes a short cold soak and gentle pressing to extract a delicate and refined pink hue and red fruit aromas. Using the Martinotti method, the wine is aged on its lees for at least two months, far exceeding the standard requirements, which results in finer, denser bubbles and a softer, purer texture overall. With very low residual sugar (Brut), it presents a fresh and dry palate, perfectly showcasing Sorelle Bronca’s interpretation of "refined style Prosecco". Alcohol content is 11% vol.
